Every one of us has felt overwhelmed at some point in our lives. The key is to reach the point where we can admit we need help. Someone or something to bridge the gap between the problem and the solution. On this page you will find some resources for finding help. The resources vary but the real help comes from One who is at the center of every true solution. Jesus Christ. He loves you. He wants to help you . . . no matter what you have done. No matter what situation you are in. He is the only One who can truly meet your needs.
I can do all things [which He has called me to do] through Him who strengthens and empowers me [to fulfill His purpose—I am self-sufficient in Christ’s sufficiency; I am ready for anything and equal to anything through Him who infuses me with inner strength and confident peace.]
Philippians 4:13 AMP

The temptations in your life are no different from what others experience. And God is faithful. He will not allow the temptation to be more than you can stand. When you are tempted, he will show you a way out so that you can endure.
