Karen Weigand, Founder and Directory Developer/Editor
Wife, mother, grandmother, writer, editor, Bible teacher, ministry director, retailer, pastoral assistant, motel operator, campaign worker, library assistant . . . these and many more words have described me at times throughout my life. For many years, the description serving as an umbrella over all that, however, is "follower of Jesus Christ."
Through the years and many learning experiences—both failures and victories—I have come to realize the one real focus of my life must be to accomplish the purpose of the journey God has for me. Only God knows that complete purpose—my job is to trust him day by day to help me stay on his path.
I began this ministry many years ago and it has come through many twists and turns. Since I am in my 80s now, my husband, George, and I have been praying for God to provide a way for the ministry to continue when it's time for me to let go. And God is answering in such exciting ways! Giles Hartman is now leading the Prayer, Teaching, and Discipling areas of the ministry. As God leads him, I can see that through his leadership, so many more people will be touched in so many more ways.
My current focus will be on continuing to develop the networking directory. I will also work with guest bloggers for Motivate!--and may write some posts myself.
Please email me if you are interested in writing a guest post for Motivate! . . . or have a suggestion for our networking directory.

Is there any such thing as Christians cheering each other up? Do you love me enough to want to help me? Does it mean anything to you that we are brothers in the Lord, sharing the same Spirit? Are your hearts tender and sympathetic at all? Then make me truly happy by loving each other and agreeing wholeheartedly with each other, working together with one heart and mind and purpose.

Trisca Changwe joined Find Christian Links in May 2024. Trisca works with Giles, focusing on praying for the needs of the ministries and pastors who contact us. Trisca said, “I developed the passion for intercession when I started praying for the nations of Israel, Ukraine, Russia, Mozambique, and Zambia. Then I realized a drastic change in my prayer life, and I asked Jesus for direction in other things to include in my prayers.” Soon after that request, she and Karen “met” on LinkedIn. That transition soon resulted in her starting this prayer for ministries. She added, “That was a miracle to me!!!
Trisca, a Christian, congregates with Pentecostal Holiness Church in Zambia. She has been serving in church leadership as secretary to the praise team group, a cell group leader, and assistant to the Director Intercessor. She has a BSc in Environmental Health and a diploma in Business Administration. Along with six years industry work experience in management and administration, she has worked as a data collection coordinator and volunteered in the Ministry of Health.
Trisca and her husband, Victor Mwamba, live in Kitwe, Copperbelt, Zambia, with their three children, ages 11, 9, and 5. They are all Christians. She is also close to her dad and mum. She explained they are her “fellow prayer warriors.”
