An internet search for "pray for America" brings forth a multitude of guides, encouragement to pray, and sample prayers. Many are excellent and I encourage you to explore. However, for this page I have chose the two that seemed to be the most comprehensive. I hope you will visit them and find the parts that are a good fit for you.
Intercessors for America (IFA). "Get to know the largest national prayer ministry dedicated to praying for our government and leaders."  IFA has been praying for our country and its leadership for fifty years. "Our mission has not changed, but the hour grows ever more urgent to stand up for religious freedom, to speak truth into the culture, to call for godly government, to offer hope to our fellow citizens, and, of course, to glorify God. "

IFA fulfills their mission through news, prayer, and action. They inform, connect, and mobilize a growing number of people praying and fasting for the nation. "Our desire is not to be political, but uphold biblical positions on issues facing our nation. Core issues include, religious freedom, life, national security, gender and sexuality, Israel, marriage and family, economy, immigration, creation care (environment), education, civil society and spiritual warfare."

​National Day of Prayer. The National Day of Prayer, an annual observance held on the first Thursday of May, invites people of all faiths to pray for the nation. Visit their site to learn more about it and how you can get involved.
