"Carmel Hills offers independent living to 55+ active adults in a variety of apartment sizes and duplexes, plus an Assisted Living operating 24 hours a day for those needing assistance with daily living. Carmel Hills is home to approximately 80 residents, who enjoy activities that include gardening, crafts, exercise classes, games, shopping trips, spiritual activities, and movie nights." |
Independent living amenities and services include a 15-acre wooded campus, organized activities, utilities paid, transportation, housekeeping and laundry bi-weekly, scheduled weekly shopping, resident sitting rooms, card/games area, library and craft area, beauty/barber shop, convenient to health care, convenient shopping and dining, exercise area. "Many of the residents here in our over 55 community spend time planting and maintaining flower gardens adjacent to their duplex or apartment.
